The 1st Phase of 2025 Senior Engineer Training Course for In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents Industry by IVD Future Academy successfully concluded in Shanghai in September. Focusing on the most popular chemiluminescence detection in the current market, this 2-day training attracted about 50 participants, with themes centered on the challenging small molecule hormone detection projects in chemiluminescence. During the seminar, senior technical application experts from Dxpartner and marketing experts from Merck conducted in-depth discussions on cutting-edge market dynamics, new technology trends, and product development technologies of chemiluminescence detection, and fully exchanged R&D experience and insights on chemiluminescence diagnostic kits. During the training, participants actively raised questions, shared their experimental results, technical experience, and application cases, and conducted intense discussions and exchanges on various technical issues currently faced.

Firstly, at the opening ceremony, Tian Zhiqiang, Head of Diagnostics and Regulated Materials Solutions Business of Merck Life Science, delivered a speech. Mr. Tian warmly welcomed all participants and wished the training a complete success.

Zhao Zhenghao, a segmented market expert from Merck Diagnostics, analyzed the current status and future development trends of the chemiluminescence market for everyone. He detailed the market size, competitive landscape, and competitive advantages of different enterprises, and provided valuable suggestions on formulating strategies in the market environment of multiple alliance collective procurement.

Chen Zhen, a technical expert from Dxpartner Diagnostics, elaborated on the key details and critical steps in chemiluminescence detection for the participants, and gave a detailed introduction to the issues that should be paid attention to in key processes such as raw material selection, antibody coating, labeling, and reagent performance optimization.

In the subsequent one and a half days, Teacher Wu Jianban, a R&D expert from Dxpartner Diagnostics, guided everyone through the entire R&D and testing process of two hormone projects with hands-on operations. Teacher Wu's rigorous experimental operation methods and process details left a deep impression on all participants, and many took the opportunity to correct their previous non-standard experimental habits. During this 2-day training, participants not only systematically mastered the theoretical basis and experimental skills of chemiluminescence technology, but also inspired innovative ideas through mutual communication and ideological collision, met many outstanding peers, and gained a lot.

As the organizer of the training, Dxpartner is deeply proud and looks forward to continuing to build a bridge for communication and cooperation between domestic and foreign IVD customers in the future. As a leader in the IVD CDMO field, we expect to carry out more extensive exchanges and cooperation with more customer partners in the future to jointly create a new future in the IVD field!
