He has been engaged in the in vitro diagnostic reagent industry for 19 years and has worked in many listed companies in Zhengzhou, Beijing, Shandong, etc. He has been deeply involved in the research and development of diagnostic reagents and is familiar with registration and clinical work, and has rich experience in project process transformation; the project involves enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, chemiluminescence, immunochromatography and other detection platforms, and has obtained multiple product registration certificates; he has rich practical experience in product design and development, production transformation, and quality control.

She has a postgraduate degree and studied at Belarusian State University and Peking University Medical School. She has been engaged in the in vitro diagnostic reagent industry for 21 years, including 18 years in a foreign-funded in vitro diagnostic reagent company in Beijing. She has served as a process supervisor, R&D technical director and other positions. She is familiar with quality, production, R&D, clinical, and registration work, involving colloidal gold immunochromatography, fluorescent immunochromatography and other detection platforms; she has obtained more than 20 domestic product registration certificates and a number of international CE and FDA product certificates; she has rich practical experience in product market research, project establishment, review, verification, confirmation, conversion and other design and development management, production management, and quality control.
