Fluorescence quantitative PCR

Molecular diagnosis refers to the technology of making a diagnosis by using molecular biological methods to detect changes in the structure or expression level of genetic material in the patient. Molecular diagnosis is the main method of predictive diagnosis, which can be used for diagnosis of individual genetic diseases as well as prenatal diagnosis. Molecular diagnosis mainly refers to the detection of genes encoding various structural proteins, enzymes, antigens and antibodies, and immune-active molecules related to the disease.

The main methodologies for molecular diagnosis include QPCR/RT-QPCR, NGS, LAMP, FISH, etc., especially QPCR/RT-QPCR as the most important methodology. With the spread and outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic around the world, COVID-19 nucleic acid testing has been widely recognized and accepted by the general public in China. However, the QPCR/RT-QPCR technology used in the testing still has considerable technical barriers and difficulties in the development of in vitro diagnostic reagents.

Jiachun Diagnostics already has all the process technologies from new product research, process optimization to large-scale production and manufacturing in its own factories, and can provide high-quality and stable materials and solutions according to the specific needs of customers to achieve timeliness and cost-effectiveness. The following are some of the relevant indicators of the QPCR/RT-QPCR fluorescence quantitative platform that Jiachun Diagnostics can develop.
